Let Us Reintroduce Ourselves: What's New at Adira Reads This Fall
This is our third school year since launching TILT Adira Reads. As our community of partner schools has grown, so has our investment in listening to the educators who use Adira Reads every day and building their feedback directly into the platform.
As we head into this school year, let us reintroduce ourselves and share a few of the updates.

Why we developed Adira Reads
TILT Adira Reads was founded to build systems that bring access to literacy to every student, putting AI and systems design in service of educators, not in place of them.
Adira Reads is the infrastructure behind a sustainable literacy ecosystem. It pairs the universal screener data your school already collects with a skills diagnostic, builds a targeted plan inside the curriculum you already use, and adjusts that plan in real time as students grow.
Schools are complex, with a lot of moving parts. Data lives in different tools, plans go stale the moment a student's needs shift, and structures are hard to sustain year over year. Adira Reads brings universal screeners, multiple curricula, and progress monitoring into a single view, from an individual student's plan up to a whole school's view, so every win and every gap stays visible.
Our partner community is growing
We now work with 16 partner preschools and schools, and 50 more preschools are joining this fall. Every one of these partners shapes what we build next, which is why the updates below came directly from their feedback.
2026 Back to School Innovations
Based on direct feedback from our school partners, this back-to-school season brought several upgrades to Adira Reads.
Launched a new web app, redesigned around partner feedback. Built to increase reporting, flag patterns and streamline data entry.
Added universal screener integrations. DIBELS and Acadience data now integrated into Adira Reads.
Expanded curriculum support, so Adira Reads fits alongside more of what schools already use.
Enhanced coaching dashboards, giving literacy coaches and administrators a clearer classroom-level view.
Began our fall preschool expansion, laying the groundwork for 50 new preschool partners.
Feature spotlight: seamless grouping, progress monitoring and regrouping
Adira Reads turns the puzzle of grouping hundreds of students into a task that takes minutes. Getting every student into the right differentiated small group, based on universal screener data and diagnostic results, means reviewing the data, cross-walking it against the curriculum, and fitting it into the whole-group instruction and instructional time a school actually has.
Adira Reads works through that puzzle in minutes, not days, so teachers spend their time approving groups and teaching lessons, not building spreadsheets. Lesson pass rates and reteach tiers then show which lessons students have mastered and which need review or reteaching.

Report spotlight: delivered vs. planned instructional time
A plan is only as good as its implementation. Adira Reads gives clear visibility into instructional fidelity, showing which groups are on track with their planned instructional time and which need support to get there.
For each group, the report compares meetings and minutes delivered against what was planned and shows the resulting dosage, so coaches and administrators can spot the groups that need support early.

New feature: universal screener, diagnostic screener and progress monitoring, side by side
One view now answers the three questions that used to live in separate tools: who needs intervention, what intervention they need, and how they're progressing. This season's biggest leap forward pairs universal screener data with diagnostic detail and progress monitoring, side by side, in one place, updating weekly.

The data comes together in two reports:
For school administrators: a real-time view across every student, every classroom, and every intervention group. No more stitching together spreadsheets from three different sources.
For each student: screener status, diagnostic detail, current instructional focus, and mastery progress, pulled into one report teachers and coaches can act on immediately.
Introducing Adira Reads Pre-K
Foundational literacy starts before kindergarten. Adira Reads Pre-K brings the same assessment-to-action approach to early phonemic awareness, helping preschool teachers identify exactly where a child is and what to do next, in as little as 10 minutes a day.
