The Indy Learning Team received a $30,000 grant from Glick Philanthropies to expand Expansion of TILT Tech with Adira Reads. Glick Philanthropies is an Indianapolis-based family of charitable initiatives dedicated to building community and creating opportunity that empowers every person to reach their full potential. Since 1982, Glick Philanthropies has awarded more than $346 million to charitable causes in Central Indiana and communities where the Glick Company operates.

Adira Reads is a thinking partner for educators—an AI-powered tool that enhances instructional impact while saving valuable planning time. By analyzing real-time student data, it delivers targeted insights and personalized groupings that help every student grow, faster. This grant funding is focused on expanding school partnerships, investing in technology enhancements, and collaborating with literacy organizations to build a sustainable literacy support infrastructure that ensures instructional continuity and impact, even amid teacher turnover.

"Because of Glick Philanthropies’ leadership and steadfast commitment to community, The Indy Learning Team has significantly expanded the reach of Adira Reads—an innovative framework that equips teachers, students, and administrators to close foundational literacy gaps and improve reading proficiency. This investment strengthens the infrastructure for sustained literacy outcomes and ensures that more children have the opportunity to thrive academically for years to come." Susan Appel, Executive Director The Indy Learning Team
