2025 Year End Impact Report

10 years ago this December, I co-founded TILT with the mission to bringing access to literacy to all children. This mission was born out of a 3 generation literacy journey. My grandfather, daughter and I are one of the many children told we were not smart- not capable because of early literacy struggle.

Over the past 10 years, TILT has built a team of highly trained reading specialists, librarians and story tellers, and launched the revolutionary Adira Reads system which uses AI to create real-time differentiated instruction for students. Our actions show students they are smart and capable.

This school year TILT is supporting over 3,000 students across 11 locations, an 87% increase from last year. While growth is the outcome of our cost effective and impactful programs, student impact remains the focus.
